Zentolane LLC provides mobile application design, development, maintenance, and related consulting services, which may include iOS development, Android development, cross-platform development, user interface and user experience design, and ongoing technical support. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be described in a separate written proposal or service agreement between Zentolane LLC and the client.

3. Quotes & Proposals

Any quote, estimate, or proposal provided by Zentolane LLC is valid for the period stated in that document, or for thirty (30) days if no period is stated. Quotes are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change if project requirements, scope, or timelines change materially after the quote is issued.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all designs, source code, documentation, and other work product created by Zentolane LLC for a client will be assigned or licensed to the client upon full payment for the applicable services. Until full payment is received, Zentolane LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in any work product. Zentolane LLC retains the right to reuse general knowledge, techniques, and non-confidential methodologies developed during an engagement in future projects.

The content, layout, graphics, and branding of this website are the property of Zentolane LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

5. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary access credentials, content, and materials required for Zentolane LLC to perform the agreed services. Delays caused by a client's failure to provide required information may extend project timelines accordingly. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content, trademarks, or materials they provide to Zentolane LLC do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

6. Payment Terms

Fees, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods will be specified in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work until outstanding balances are resolved. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

Zentolane LLC will perform its services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care consistent with industry standards. Except as expressly stated in a signed service agreement, our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any application will be free of defects, uninterrupted, or that it will achieve any particular business outcome, including app store approval timelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentolane LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to Zentolane LLC for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an active service agreement in accordance with the termination provisions specified in that agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay Zentolane LLC for all services performed and expenses incurred up to the effective date of termination. Zentolane LLC reserves the right to suspend or discontinue access to our website at any time, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.

11. Changes to These Terms

Zentolane LLC may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
